Such tragic news in the sporting world today.
National Football League Hall of Famer and World Championship Wrestling star Kevin Green has passed away.
The 58-year-old was a star linebacker at Auburn who was drafted by the Rams in 1985 where he would win Defensive Player of the Year honors and made five Pro Bowl appearances. He was placed into the NFL Hall of Fame in 2016.
His five-match run in WCW saw him tag with fellow NFL player Steve McMichael. He would also face Kevin Nash, Scott Hall and Syxx at WCW Slamboree in 1997 having teamed up with Roddy Piper and Ric Flair.
Many may remember when he teamed up with Goldberg against the nWo in 1998.
