Things have gone from bad to worse for the Giants and a first-round draft pick from last year.
According to Pat Leonard, the Giants are looking to trade WR Kadarius Toney and are making calls to see what they can get for him.
Toney has been absent from New York’s voluntary minicamp and has yet to even receive the playbook.
The former No. 20 overall pick in the 2021 NFL Draft out of Florida appeared in 10 games and recorded 39 receptions for 420 yards (10.8 YPC) and no touchdowns.
Toney has the potential for a big play whenever he steps on the field. If utilized correctly, his 2022 could be drastically different than how his 2021 went. At this moment, it appears it will be for another team.
