The last few days have been torture on Mackensie Alexander after he was forced to leave Bengals camp in search of his father who suddenly went missing earlier this week.
Alexandre was missing for three days, but thankfully he is alive and well.
On Wednesday, Mackensie Alexander was arrested for battery, after he reportedly confronted the man who had seen his father last. His father and the man had been picking palmetto berries in rural northwest Okeechobee County when Mauricet Etienne later told the Naples Daily News that after losing track of Alexandre, he searched for him for three hours before calling his wife.
Things changed on Thursday.
Etienne said that he was worried about calling cops because he had previously been told by law enforcement that he didn’t have permission to pick the berries in the area. After three hours, he called Alexandre’s wife, and the two searched for another 45 minutes before telling authorities that he was missing.
