This isn’t the comeback DeSean Jackson was hoping for when he came back to Philly.
According to Ian Rapoport, the Philadelphia Eagles WR broke the ring finger on his left hand during practice Tuesday. However, he added that the team is not concerned and Jackson is not expected to miss time.
Jackson returned to the Eagles this offseason via a trade with the Buccaneers. He signed a new three-year, $27 million.
The 31-year-old spent six years with the Eagles before signing a three-year, $24 million contract with the Redskins back in 2014.
The veteran WR appeared in 12 games for the Bucs in 2018 and hauled in 41 passes for 774 yards receiving and four touchdowns. He also rushed for 29 yards and a touchdown.
