The Philadelphia Eagles were dealt a huge blow on Friday after right tackle Lane Johnson said he would be out for the remainder of the 2020 NFL season due to the inside of his ankle collapsing.
Johnson has battled ankle, shoulder, and knee injuries all season and missed the season opener after deciding to have ankle surgery prior to the start of the 2020 training camp.
The three-time Pro Bowler, who’s considered one of the NFL’s most reliable offensive tackles, last played a full regular season in 2015.
