The Detroit Lions are headed in another direction.
On Saturday, it was announced that the team had fired head coach Matt Patricia and GM Bob Quinn.
The Lions hired Patricia as their head coach in February, 2018.
During his three years as head coach of the team, Patricia led the team to a record of 13-19-1 (31.4 percent) and no playoff appearances.
