On Sunday, it was announced that the New England Patriots and their legendary quarterback were in agreement for a contract extension.

We now have details of that contract and it was a short-term deal.

Tom Brady is signing a two-year extension with New England that will pay him $23M this year, per @AdamSchefter.

Brady was set to become an unrestricted free agent after the 2019 season. He was set to make $14 million this season.
