On Sunday Night Football, the Philadelphia Eagles had numerous players that went down with injury. That included DeSean Jackson who is now expected to be sidelined for “about two weeks” due to an abdominal strain, according to a report from ESPN’s Tim McManus.
That means Jackson will miss each of the next two games (vs. DET, at GB) with the Birds facing the Packers on Thursday night in Week 4.
The 33-year-old speedster logged eight receptions for 154 yards and two touchdowns in Philadelphia’s Week 1 victory.
His deep threat presence will be missed.
