Joe Flacco will be sporting a new uniform in 2020 and beyond.
ESPN’s Adam Schefter dropped the news that the Denver Broncos were releasing the Super Bowl MVP.
Flacco was still on the contract he signed with the Baltimore Ravens back in 2016, which called for him to make $20.25 million in 2020, accounting for $23.65 million of Denver’s cap.
The 34-year-old passed for 1,822 yards to go along with six touchdowns and five interceptions for the Broncos.
Flacco will hit the open market as a backup option at the position.
