Things just got crazy for the Philadelphia Eagles after cameras showed Carson Wentz headed to the locker room.
Replay would later show him taking a massive hit to the back of the head by Seahawks’ Jadeveon Clowney.
Wentz is likely in concussion protocol. No word yet on whether he’ll be able to return.
