Vontaze Burfict will have a new home in 2019 and beyond after the Cincinnati Bengals released the linebacker on Monday.
The Cincinnati Bengals linebacker suffered his seventh career concussion back in December and it strongly put his career in doubt.
Burfict signed with the Bengals as undrafted rookie out of Arizona State back in 2012. He was in the final year of his 4-year, $20M deal when he signed a 3-year, $38.68 extension with the franchise last year.
In 2018, Burfick appeared in seven games and recorded 33 tackles, no sacks, 3 pass defenses for the Bengals.
