Miami Dolphins wide receiver Braxton Berrios has finally addressed the rumors pertaining to his breakup with Sophia Culpo.
The NFL WR is widely believed to have cheated on his ex with current GF Alix Earle but he’s now denying it, rubbishing the rumors as untrue.
Sophia, who is the younger sister of Christian McCaffrey’s fiancee Olivia Culpo, has been throwing shade at Berrios and Earle on social media for several weeks and has told followers the pass-catcher was spotted with the internet model in public shortly after their breakup, leading her followers to surmise that he had been cheating all along.
Berrios has now broken his silence on the matter with a staunch denial.
“I don’t want to start anything, I don’t want to fuel anything,” he said in an Instagram video. “I genuinely want all this to be over and everybody to move on and do whatever makes them happy.”
Berrios added that they did not break up because of cheating, but simply because their relationship was not working out.

“It had nothing to do with anything else,” he noted. “It had nothing to do with anybody else for that matter. And we just didn’t work out, and that’s okay. I’ve been quiet because it’s totally out of character for me to talk about my private life publicly, but I feel like it needed to be touched on now.”
Cuplo recently posted a TikTok video appearing to be shade but has since deleted it with claims folks online are making a big deal over nothing.
