Brandon McManus did what Broncos fans everywhere have been wanting to do for quite some time now.
On Sunday, the Denver Broncos kicker was visibly frustrated as he made his way to the sidelines while the team was taking on the Las Vegas Raiders. Cameras caught McManus and head coach Vic Fangio yelling at each other late in the third quarter following a missed field-goal.
The failed attempt set the Raiders up with good field position and a one point lead. Something about the kick didn’t seem to sit well with the head coach, but McManus didn’t want to hear about it.
The Broncos haven’t been good this season, but they somehow entered this week’s game with a wild card spot still within their grasp. They’ll need to win in Vegas, though, if they want to keep their pipe dream alive.
If they lose this game, it’ll be hard to imagine Fangio surviving the offseason, as the Broncos will likely be in the market for a new head coach and quarterback.
