The Dallas Cowboys entered the off-season in need of adding another star wideout to take some of the pressure off Ceedee Lamb.
It looks like they found their guy.
According to reports, the Cowboys are in the process of completing a trade for Houston Texans wide receiver Brandon Cooks. In return, the Texans will receive 5th and 6th round picks, and they will also pay some of Cooks’ salary.
The Cowboys infamously traded away Amari Cooper for peanuts last offseason, and they paid for it when none of their other wideouts after Lamb stepped up.
With this trade, the Cowboys can now go into the draft without the pressure of having to find a number two wideout.
