Cincy fans expressed frustration on social media with a hit late hit that the Denver Broncos’ linebacker made on Bengals tight end Drew Sample after his two-yard reception late in the first quarter of Sunday’s 15-10 win in Denver. Sample was tackled by a Broncos defender and was clearly down. But that didn’t stop Chubb from coming in late and torpedoing into the head of the defenseless player.
It was easily one of the dirtiest hits you’ll see all season.
The saddest part about this is that a ref was right to see it all unfold…And he called nothing.
