The good news on Damar Hamlin’s condition continues to roll in.
According to Shams Charania, the Buffalo Bills safety has his breathing tube removed and he is now fully breathing on his own. He is also “neurologically intact” and is “showing extremely positive signs toward recovery.”
Best of all, Shams says that Hamlin has been communicating with teammates.
This is fantastic news considering where things stood just a few nights ago.
It would be remarkable if Hamlin made a full recovery from this. Hopefully everything continues to progress in the right direction and we continue to hear good news from here on out.
