Former Arizona Cardinals exec Bill Bidwill Jr. has a bloody sight after his wife Nicole attacked him in a troubling episode in which he claims to have been hit “a hundred times.”
The son of Bill Bidwill Sr., who owned the Cardinals from 1962 to 2019, Bidwill claims to have been attacked by his spouse over a carpet installation that got her very angry.
TMZ has obtained a police recording, as well as quotes in which a bloodied Bill revealed having gotten hit in the head with a beer glass during the altercation on June 9.
“She was very upset at me,” Bidwill Jr. told police. “I’m sitting on the couch, and she’s screaming at me. And I was trying to not escalate because she has a very bad temper.
“And then she started hitting me, and I just started defending myself.”

According to a police report, Bidwill had called the cops around 6 PM on the aforementioned date, stating his wife had broken a glass over his head and he was injured.
Per TMZ:
“Bidwill Jr. claimed the altercation started because Nicole was upset that he hadn’t been home when carpet installers had arrived earlier in the day. Bidwill Jr. said that when he eventually came home, he poured himself a glass of beer … but before he could drink it, Nicole snapped on him.”
Bidwill said Nicole grabbed him and was “beating the S” out of him when he tried to get away from her, but he did not want her arrested as she would not “tolerate that well.”
TMZ footage shows Nicole being questioned by police while lying down on the hood of a car in a driveway. She was eventually carried to a police vehicle and placed under arrest.
Bill declined to press charges, though Nicole was charged with assault.
