One of the Eagles’ most beloved staff members is finally back on the sideline Monday night when they face the Buccaneers in the NFC wild-card round.
Chief security officer Dom DiSandro, also known as “Big Dom,” made his entrance into Raymond James Stadium.
He was allowed to reclaim his post on the sideline following a ban from being there after a Week 13 incident with 49ers linebacker Dre Greenlaw.
Since the altercation, DiSandro has gained a cult-like following from Eagles fans, but the team has faltered in games without him. The Eagles closed the season 1-5, including the loss to the 49ers, and saw the Cowboys win the NFC East.
The Philadelphia Eagles are a winning team with Dom DiSandro as they are 10-1.
The Eagles and Bucs are scheduled to kick off at 8:15 p.m. on Monday night.
