There are just a bunch of people in the United States who have a nice cash flow to where they can place insane bets to try and win even more insane rewards if it pans out.
That seems to be the case for one guy who decided to go for broke and drop $9,500 on the Carolina Panthers to win the Super Bowl.
If that pans out, that would give that bettor $475,000 in return.
That is one hell of a payout.
The Panthers are coming off a 7-9 season that saw Cam Newton shut down for the final two games of the season and ultimately have shoulder surgery in January.
The Panthers have qualified for the postseason just once since going to the Super Bowl in 2015.
