Cincinnati Bengals fans were apparently thrown out by security guards at Acrisure Stadium for no reason…other than the fact they were Bengals supporters.
Bengals superfan Garey Faulkner, AKA Bengals Beard, attended the Bengals’ Week 16 road game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. According to Faulkner, several Bengals fans around him were thrown out of the game. Bengals Beard himself was also warned about getting kicked out, apparently for just standing up:
The Steelers went on to unexpectedly blow out their bitter rivals by a final score of 34-11. With the victory, the Steelers snapped a three-game losing streak and improved to 8-7 on the year.
As for the Bengals, Saturday’s loss dropped them to an identical 8-7 mark. With the Buffalo Bills narrowly outlasting the Los Angeles Chargers on Saturday night, Cincy’s playoff hopes took a massive blow.
The Steelers will visit the Seattle Seahawks next week, while the Bengals will have another tough task in taking on the Kansas City Chiefs at Arrowhead.
