Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore has revealed a wild offseason regimen that includes zero workouts and probably lots of junk food.
Moore, who joined the Bears via trade from the Carolina Panthers in 2023, is one of the best wideouts in the league and clearly works hard at his craft, except during the offseason.
Speaking to The33rdTeam this weekend, Moore disclosed that he doesn’t do any workouts after the season is done. Instead, he spends his time at Disney World drinking Mountain Dew and smoking cigars.
Moore played in all 17 games for the Bears this season, making 13 starts. He caught 96 passes for 1,364 receiving yards and eight touchdowns, averaging 14.2 yards per reception.
His offseason program seems to be working out very well, though he might want to curb it if he plans on staying at the top of his game once he reaches his 30s.
