Arik Armstead is a man who loves to eat.
The 29-year-old former No. 17 overall NFL Draft pick recently took to TikTok and showed himself headed to Chick-Fil-A and what he normally orders when visiting the establishment.
The 6-foot-7, 290-pound grabs a meal that seems like it would be for two or three people, let alone just for him.
Here’s what he ordered:
- No. 1 combo:
- Standard chicken sandwich
- Large fries
- Half iced tea, half lemonade
- Another standard chicken sandwich
- Four-count chicken strip
- Southwest Salad
According to Bro Bible, the entire meal has 2,442 calories with 131 grams of protein and 223 carbohydrates.

The stat sheet indicated that San Francisco 49ers Arik Armstead had a quiet game on Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Armstead had zero tackles and just one quarterback hit while playing 41 snaps Sunday, but the San Francisco 49ers defensive tackle did have his share of assists.
Defensive coordinator Steve Wilks gave the best explanation for his impact on the game despite not showing up on the stat sheet.
“Arik didn’t show up in the stat sheet,” Wilks said. “But you can watch that game and see that he was a factor time and time again where someone else made the play.”
Armstead’s performance indicated he’s returned to form after an injury-plagued 2022 season in which he had no sacks in nine games. He had a career year in 2021. He combined for 63 tackles in 17 games with six sacks.
The 49ers are hoping he can continue his dominant ways this Sunday when the team faces the Rams.
