This week, the Tampa Bay Bucs essentially took their name out of the hat of teams that would go after Antonio Brown after newest head coach Bruce Arians had some not-so-nice things to say about him.
Appearing on The Adam Schefter Podcast (h/t ESPN.com):
“There’s too much miscommunication, too much … diva,” Arians said. “I’ve heard so many stories—I like Antonio—he plays as hard as anybody on Sunday, and he practices hard. He’s just gotta make better decisions off the field, be on time, do some of those little things.”
For the first two seasons of Brown’s career in 2010 and 2011, Arians served as Pittsburgh’s offensive coordinator.
After being made aware of those comments, the Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver responded to a fan question about Arians and put him and Emmanuel Sanders on BLAST for the comments they’ve had about him and his character lately.

Brown has been at odds with the team ever since he was made inactive for their Week 17 game against the Cincinnati Bengals due to an altercation he had with Ben Roethlisberger and missing practices.
