The last thing the Dallas Cowboys needed this offseason was a player getting in trouble and being arrested.
Current Dallas Cowboys receiver Antonio Callaway was arrested on Saturday in Miami for Driving with a suspended license and failing to pay, Fox Sports 640’s Andy Slater reports.
Callaway, who is 26 years old, joined the Cowboys’ practice squad in November after signing with the team.
This latest stint with police adds to an already lengthy list of off-the-field issues for Callaway since he was drafted by Cleveland in 2018.
Back in 2018, he received a citation in Ohio for marijuana possession and driving with a suspended license, although the marijuana charge was later dropped.

In his rookie season with the Browns, he recorded 43 receptions for 586 yards and five touchdowns. He would then be suspended for 10 games due to a violation of the league’s substance abuse policy, which ultimately led to his release from the team.
Following his departure from the Browns, Callaway had a brief stint with the Miami Dolphins in 2020 but has not played in an NFL game since then.
