Antonio Brown hasn’t played in the NFL in almost two months after the New England Patriots released him eleven days after signing him to a 1-year deal in September.
The former Oakland Raiders, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Patriots WR’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus, has maintained his same stance that Brown will play again this season, but he still has a lot on his plate to deal with off the field.
The woman that is currently suing Brown is now demanding that the controversial star turn over private text messages in court. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Britney Taylor, went back to court in her lawsuit against Brown and served him with a list of documents and evidence she wants him to turn over immediately.
“She wants him to hand over private text messages (including iMessage, WhatsApp Messages, Facebook Messages, Instagram Direct Messages or any communication) that discuss the alleged sexual assaults. Taylor also wants copies of any messages where she was mentioned.
Taylor also requests copies of his home video surveillance footage, including all interactions with Brown and a woman under the age of 35. She wants a list of any past alleged sexual assault accusers.”
The lawsuit says Brown sexually assaulted Taylor twice during training sessions in June 2017, with the first incident claiming he kissed her without consent and exposed himself.
Later that month, Brown “began masturbating near her without her knowledge and ejaculated on her back” which led to him bragging about it in emails.
The final time came almost a year later where she says Brown “forced her down onto a bed, pushed her face into the mattress, and forcibly raped her.” Taylor tried to resist him, according to the lawsuit, screaming and shouting “no” and “stop” repeatedly. Brown allegedly refused.

Taylor released a statement following her lawsuit, “As a rape victim of Antonio Brown, deciding to speak out has been an incredibly difficult decision, I have found strength in my faith, my family, and from the accounts of other survivors of sexual assault.”
The case is still ongoing as well as the NFL’s own investigation.
