Antonio Brown is his own worst enemy.
The free agent wide receiver still has an ongoing grievance with the league, which is an attempt to recoup the $30 million he would’ve made if he started Week 1 on the Oakland Raiders’ roster. He would then sign with the New England Patriots, but his behavior would get him released from the team in just eleven days.
What makes things worst for him is that the Raiders have now given the league some substantial evidence against him in his case that will possibly screw him for good on trying to get back money he thinks is owed to him.
Saving those text messages just might’ve saved the Raiders $30M. Not to mention, the helmet fiasco and not showing up to practices or being able to participate because of his cryotherapy issue that damaged his feet. His case was likely dead on arrival to begin with. These texts were just the final nail in the coffin.
