On Sunday morning, ESPN’s Adam Schefter dropped some heavy news when he stated that Antonio Brown was not expected to play again in 2019 once the investigation of Brown concludes.
Brown’s agent, Drew Rosenhaus disagrees and thinks Brown will not only have his name cleared, but he will be signed and back on a team soon.
“I believe the NFL should clear him after they interview him this week, and I expect he will be signed shortly after that,” Rosenhaus said.
The free agent wide receiver hasn’t exactly been on his best behavior or given the NFL any reason to assure he can be trusted to be back on the field without being a distraction.
Brown has regulary alternated between profanity-laced tirades on Twitter to stating he will never play in the NFL again because of racism, only to follow it up by stating his desire to play football in the NFL again.
Brown is scheduled to meet with the league this upcoming week in regards to the sexual assault allegations levied against him.
