Antonio Brown did not have the best 2019 season as he only played in 1 game due to his off-the-field issues that got him cut from the Las Vegas Raiders and New England Patriots.
He asked for the league to finally make a decision on him and they did just that when they handed him an 8-game suspension. And now, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network on Twitter, that suspension could be extended.
Brown’s eight-game suspension was for “two other personal conduct issues,” so anything else would undoubtedly add more games on. Brown has already announced his retirement multiple times on social media, but everybody knew it was just a smokescreen as he changed his mind quickly within days.
Teams remain interested in signing him, but not knowing how many more games he might get will likely leave him on the sidelines for the entire 2020 season as well.
