Antonio Brown has made more headlines than he has caught passes in 2019.
That was the case once again when the free agent wide receiver took to Twitter and got into a Twitter beef with Los Angeles Rams safety Eric Weddle.
In the midst of his fighting with Weddle was a single Tweet he put out when he threw some shade at Nike just weeks after dropped their endorsement deal with him.
In a tweet, Brown simply said “No more Nikes.”
He also liked a tweet which pointed out some hypocrisy on Nike’s part where a Twitter user pulled up a screenshot from an article about how soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo had been accused of rape.
Ronaldo still remains tied to Nike and has not lost his Nike sponsorship due to the allegations, while Brown did.
