Free agent NFL wide receiver Antonio Brown turned himself in on Thursday to police in Florida on a warrant on burglary and criminal mischief charges. The 31-year-old and his trainer are facing charges stemming from an incident with a moving truck company.
On Friday afternoon, Brown finally posted bail and as he came out of the courtroom in a aqua dress suit, he showed off his insane speed as he sprinted away from reporters and cameras.
His attorney, Eric Schwartzreich, told NBC News “I think it’s much ado about nothing. We anticipate that charges will be dropped or he will be acquitted of all charges.”
Schwartzreich said that the charges Brown faces carry a potential life sentence but that the facts don’t justify them.
“Mr. Brown’s not guilty of a misdemeanor, let alone a life felony,” Schwartzreich said.
Brown allegedly struck a moving truck driver after an argument regarding Brown’s refusal to pay for his services.

The judge on the case ordered Brown to undergo a mental health evaluation while telling him to surrender his passport and wear a GPS monitor while the case plays out.
