In 2020, “The Griddy” celebration took the NFL by storm. It appears that Antonio Brown might be doing the same with his dance.
Brown revealed his self-created dance last month when he performed at Rolling Loud Miami. It may look silly, but fans have begun making videos doing the dance and now it has made it to the NFL.
George Pickens, a rookie receiver for the Steelers, performed Brown’s dance after he scored a touchdown in the first quarter of Pittsburgh’s preseason opener against Seattle on Saturday night.
“It’s just the first thing that popped into my mind. I think it’s trending right now,” Pickens said after the game. “We’ve been joking around with it as a team. So yeah, that’s the first thing that really popped into my mind.”
The former Pittsburgh star responded to his dance being done by his old team.
