Antonio Brown and Ben Roethlisberger were teammates with the Pittsburgh Steelers. During his time with the Steelers, Brown became one of the most dominant wide receivers in the NFL, earning numerous Pro Bowl and All-Pro honors. However, his time with the Steelers ended on a sour note, as he became embroiled in numerous controversies and clashes with the team’s management.
He also took shots at Ben Roethlisberger as well.
Years have since passed and it appears that Brown is finally appreciating Big Ben.
During a Wingman of the Year interview, the former controversial WR identified the former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback as his most underrated teammate who deserves more love.
Brown spent the first nine years of his career in Pittsburgh with Roethlisberger as his quarterback before a trade to the then-Oakland Raiders. The receiver was released by the Raiders without ever appearing in a game for them, and then signed by the New England Patriots but released again after playing in just one contest.
Brown had been outspoken about his issues with Roethlisberger following the trade to Oakland.

In a deleted response tweet, Brown stated they were “Never friends just had to get my ends…….shut up already.”
He would then appear on HBO’s The Shop and said Roethlisberger “feels like he’s the owner.”
The two may have had issues behind the scenes but they did not affect them on the field. Brown was a seven-time Pro Bowler and four-time First Team All-Pro in Pittsburgh, registering 837 receptions for 11,207 yards and 74 touchdowns in nine seasons.
From 2013 to 2018, Brown finished with at least 100 receptions for 1,200 receiving yards and eight touchdowns each year.
His career would ultimately end after he stormed off the field while the Tampa Bay Bucs, who he won a Super Bowl with, were playing the Jets.
