Antonio Brown might be getting his wish.
The likelihood of a Tom Brady-Antonio Brown reunion seemingly increased on Tuesday after Tom Brady announced he wasn’t going back to New England. What a coincidence, because his former teammate of 1 game in Antonio Brown wasn’t going back either, not because he chose to, but because his behavior got him out of there and he took shots at the owner.
With Brady reportedly headed to the Tampa Bay Bucs in 2020, it looks more and more likely that Brown will be headed there as well.
Both players have kept in contact with each other throughout the offseason. Even if Brown signs with the Bucs, he is still likely to get dealt a suspension from the league after they conclude their investigation into sexual assault claims against him.
Because of his behavior, Brown only appeared in one game in 2019 and caught four passes for 56 yards receiving and one touchdown.
