Even at 44-years-old, it’s crazy to think that Tom Brady has finally retired from the National Football League.
In the weeks following his retirement, plenty of his former teammates have stated that they don’t truly believe he will stay retired. Well, add former Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown to that growing list.
TMZ caught up with Brown and asked him about his former teammate and he made it very clear that he expects Brady to return to the field.
“When asked if Tom Brady was going to stay retired, Brown responded, “Why would he do that?”
That prompted a second question asking if he thinks Brady is going to make a comeback to the NFL. “I think so,” Brown said while signing autographs.
The reporter asked a third question, wondering where Brady would go if he did come back. “Whoever want to win,” Brown responded.”

Brown finished his Buccaneers career just eight receptions, 55 receiving yards, and one receiving touchdown short of $999,999 in total contract incentives for the 2021 season, according to Spotrac. In seven appearances this season, Brown compiled 42 catches for 545 yards and four touchdowns.
Tom Brady’s career might still be up in the air, but so is Brown’s after he stormed off the field during their final game together.
Who know, they may meet up once again on another team.
