Just as he did with the Pittsburgh Steelers — Antonio Brown was a no show for the start of Oakland Raiders OTA’s.
Not usually a big deal for star players, but when you just got traded to the team, it is best to try and do everything you can to make sure you get your timing down with your new quarterback that you wanted so badly.
Raiders coach Jon Gruden did not provide an explanation for Brown’s absence.
“I wouldn’t reach much into this,” Gruden said, according to the Review-Journal. “I’m sure people will.”

Brown skipped part of the Steelers OTAs last year, blaming the “media pressure” that was being put on him, and he seemed to lash out on social media on Monday in response to Ben Roethlisberger’s interview with KDKA News.
He wrote, “two face” on Twitter before the interview aired.
