Anthony Richardson may have errantly thrown a ball into the roof during his Pro Day workout this Thursday but he’s unlikely to have done his prospects any harm as he wouldn’t have been able to get it there without having some ridiculous arm strength in the first place.
There was very little buzz around Richardson before the NFL Scouting Combine but the quarterback is high on everyone’s boards after killing it at the event by setting some impressive records.
Richardson is quite the physical specimen and should make his name as a dual threat once he gets into the NFL, given his build and speed, as well as the range of his throwing arm.
The former Florida Gators signal-caller has impressed at Pro Day too and, at one point, tossed a football into the ceiling with relative ease.

Richardson completed 55 of his 62 passes during a throwing session, with two of his incompletions coming off 60-yard throws that the receivers couldn’t get to quickly enough.

It’s now being rumored that the Seattle Seahawks could trade up to No 3 in the upcoming NFL Draft so they could take Richardson off the board with the third pick.
The Seahawks have the fifth-overall pick at the moment and have signed Geno Smith to a three-year deal following his Comeback Player of the Year campaign. However, both head coach Pete Carroll and GM John Schneider found the time to check the young QB out on Thursday.
“He was really impressive,” Schneider told Seattle Sports 710. “Great athlete, great young man. He has a ton of physical talent, no question about it. … He did a great job. He had fun, he was loose, and he had a good time with his teammates.”
