The Philadelphia Eagles and Indianapolis Colts did way more fighting than practice during their joint session.
The second joint practice between the Eagles and Colts came to an early end on Tuesday. According to reporters in attendance, a scuffle broke out after the Colts took exception to Eagles defensive end Derek Barnett putting a hit on rookie QB Anthony Richardson.
A bunch of Eagles players would run over and Jalen Carter had to be held back. “Practice getting feisty,” Shorr-Parks said.
Things had already been chippy when Eagles center Jason Kelce took offense to a hit that Colts linebacker Zaire Franklin put on running back Kenneth Gainwell. Kelce laid Franklin out at the end of a play and that touched off a brawl between both teams.
The two teams are slated to play in Philadelphia on Thursday night.

The Eagles are coming off a Super Bowl appearance and a loss to the Chiefs while the Colts ended the 2022 season on a seven-game losing streak and headed into a new era with Anthony Richardson at QB.
Unfortunately, these two teams will not play each other in the regular season.
