For what seems like the first time all season, Jerry Jones is not in a sharing mood when it comes to speaking about contract situations for certain players.
Following a gut-wrenching loss to the New England Patriots this past Sunday, the Dallas Cowboys owner called out the coaching staff and even doubled down on his comments 24 after the fact.
On Wednesday, when presented with a question on the status of Dak Prescott’s contract, Jones completely sidestepped the question and brought the attention to the team winning games instead.
Jones frustration stems from the team being a mere 6-5 after starting the year 3-0 and not being able to get a single win over a team that’s above .500. Combine that with the fact that the team has to play the 8-3 Bills on Thanksgiving on a short week.
As far as Prescott goes, he has racked up 3,433 passing yards to go with 24 total touchdowns and 10 interceptions in 2019.
