Ambulance Comes Out After 49ers’ Trenton Cannon Takes Vicious Knee To The Head During Kickoff (VIDEO)

Prayers up for Trenton Cannon.

On the opening kickoff between the 49ers and Seahawks, the running back was trying to make a tackle, but what he got was his teammate kneeing him in the head at an awkward angle.

The injury was so bad that the ambulance had to come out and get him.
