During a perfect pass from Deshaun Watson to Cooper, the standout WR caught the ball, and avoided stepping out of bounds, but somehow a whistle was blown.
The play was blown dead as Cooper was headed toward a possible touchdown. The ref inexplicably blew his whistle and ruled Cooper out right after the catch.
He was wrong.
