The NFL going to a 17-game regular season has been talked about heavily for a few months now.
News of the change came up again on Sunday when Adam Schefter tweeted it would become official at the owners’ virtual meetings March 30-31. The change was not received well by New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara.
“Shit dumb… as hell,” Kamara tweeted.
Soon after, Kamara would post an Instagram message from an upset fan who took issue with him complaining about having to play an extra game.
“17 games still dumb. Why he so mad.”
