Allen Robinson’s disappointing tenure with the Los Angeles Rams is coming to an end.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Rams have agreed to a trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers, which will send the veteran wideout to the AFC North club pending a physical.
Robinson is due $15-million this year. And while the Rams have already paid him $5-million of that, it’s expected that the Steelers will pick up a portion of the remaining $10-million.
A-Rob has struggled mightily over the last two seasons, totaling just 749 yards and four touchdowns in 22 games between the Rams and Chicago Bears. The Steelers will be his fourth team. Robinson began his career in Jacksonville, after the Jaguars took him with the 61st pick of the 2014 draft.
The Steelers currently have Diontae Johnson and George Pickens manning the top two spots on their wide receiver depth chart, so it likely that Robinson will slot in as the projected WR3 heading into training camp.

Of course, that could all change depending on what Omar Khan decides to do at next week’s NFL Draft.
