Injuries are starting to pile up at New York Jets camp.
Shortly after news showed that Aaron Rodgers was hurt, there was news of a teammate going down.
Jets wide receiver Allen Lazard went down with an injury as he was surrounded by trainers. He would ultimately get up to leave and still hasn’t return.
Back in March, the Jets signed unrestricted free agent WR Allen Lazard, who spent three of his five NFL seasons playing for Green Bay under offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett, now with the Jets.
In his four full seasons in green and gold, he caught 169 passes, most of them from Rodgers, for 2,236 yards and 20 touchdowns.

An injury to him would be devastating.
Earlier in the day, Aaron Rodgers also had an injury on the field, but it seems he might be okay. The last thing the franchise or the fan base wants to see are injuries to their star players before they get a chance to play a game for the team.
The 2023 season is a Super Bowl or bust for this squad as soon as they traded for Aaron Rodgers and brought many of his former teammates along.
