Al Michaels might be getting a bit too old for this.
During this Thursday night’s game between the Titans and Steelers, it appeared the legendary broadcaster had mailed it in during one particular play in the game by the road team.
With a little over three minutes to play in the third quarter, running back Derrick Henry had just received a quick pass from Will Levis on second-and-4 just before the 50-yard line. He would catch it and run for 23 yards to put his team near the red zone.
Michaels sounded like a man who was calling a one-yard gain during that play.

Derrick Henry rushed for 75 yards and a touchdown on 17 carries, adding 27 yards on three receptions in Thursday’s 20-16 loss to the Steelers.
Steelers Kenny Pickett completed 19 of 30 passes for 160 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions. He remained free of both turnovers and sacks, but he put together his second sub-200-yard performance.
Pickett next takes aim at the Packers in a Week 10 home matchup on Nov. 12.
