One would think Al Michaels would’ve been pumped last night to see two top teams playing against each other, but that was not the case, especially during one play.
Ravens WR Rashod Bateman caught a 10-yard touchdown from Lamar Jackson with 23 seconds left in the first half against the Bengals but you wouldn’t know it from Al Michaels’ call of the play.
The legendary broadcaster had no enthusiasm whatsoever as he watched Lamar Jackson scramble forward to find Rashod Bateman for an important touchdown.

Lamar Jackson and Baltimore took control of the AFC North with a win over Joe Burrow and Cincinnati on Thursday night. The Baltimore Ravens beat the Cincinnati Bengals 34-20 at M&T Bank Stadium.
The Bengals did not have much of an answer for Jackson in the air. Jackson threw for 264 passing yards and two passing touchdowns against Cincinnati. The two-time Pro Bowler logged a 121.3 passer rating.
Jackson and the Ravens remain in first place in the AFC North standings with an 8-3 record. Next up for the Ravens is a Sunday Night game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
