Football fans are feeling sorry for Amazon Prime Video “Thursday Night Football” announcers Al Michaels and Kirk Cousins for one hilarious reason.
The fact that the two popular announcers have to call Thursday’s not-so-hyped-up showdown between two teams who aren’t exactly contenders in the 0-4 Chicago Bears and the 2-2 Washington Commanders.

This game certainly won’t be exciting to the average fan, but the league had good reason for scheduling it. The Bears and Commanders play in two of the nation’s biggest markets, and both have giant fanbases thanks to their respective rich histories.
Washington and Chicago also faced off on “Thursday Night Football” last year at Soldier Field, with the Commanders winning 12-7 in a sloppy and mistake-filled defensive affair.
