Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown seemed to show some remorse and accountability after his sideline spat with teammate Jalen Hurts during Thursday night’s win over the Minnesota Vikings.
The two were caught arguing on camera nearing the end of the third quarter, with head coach Nick Sirianni needing to step in between them.
In a short clip that didn’t do the rounds as quickly as the confrontation itself, Brown is shown walking off the field while seemingly suggesting the spat was his fault.
Check it out right below:
Both Hurts and Sirianni have since downplayed the incident, with the head coach refusing to share any of what transpired.
“I don’t know. I didn’t see what was going on with that. We were just trying to manage the game,” the HC said after the game. “The conversations we have on the field are going to be private, and the conversations we have in our locker room are going to be private. You don’t need to know what was going on right there.”

Hurts and Brown are very close friends, with the quarterback the godfather of the wide receiver’s daughter. Hurts is also the one who got Brown to join the Eagles.
The whole thing should be water under the bridge by now, but there was some concern among fans on Thursday night.
