Aileen Hnatiuk is going back home.
Sports reporter Aileen Hnatiuk went insanely viral earlier this year just by posting a single selfie in front of the New Orleans Saints facility at the conclusion of their 2022 season.
Nothing else needed to be said because she is clearly a gorgeous woman and social media fell in love with her.
This week, the 26-year-old Florida native announced big news when she said on Instagram that she’s joining Tampa NBC affiliate WFLA-TV News Channel 8 as a sports reporter.
Aileen, who covered the New Orleans Saints for BRProud in Louisiana, is the daughter of former PGA Tour golfer Glen Hnatiuk. She grew up in Weeki Wachee, a small town just outside of Tampa, and was a volleyball star in both high school and college.
She majored in communications at East Carolina University, where she also played for the ECU Pirates.

She covered Louisiana State University college athletics as well as the New Orleans Saints.
In her career update, she stated she’ll cover Tampa’s professional sports teams, including the Buccaneers, Lightning, Rays, and Rowdies, as well as the University of South Florida athletics.
Aileen said that South Louisiana will forever have a “special place in my heart.”
Hnatiuk ended her caption, writing: “Tampa, I’m coming for you! See ya in July.”
Tampa has never looked so good.
