Players like Patrick Mahomes and Jimmy Garoppolo have a lot on their plate this week as they prepare for Super Bowl LIV, so they need to be intensely focused and not worried about things like home burglaries when they are away.
In past years, we’ve heard about players getting their homes broken into because criminals knew they would be away for a substantial amount of time.
Well, the players in Super Bowl LIV won’t have to worry about that thanks to porn site CamSoda is offering free HD webcams to the Kansas City Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers players to set up inside their homes during Super Bowl week, according to TMZ Sports.
“The offer isn’t a gateway to porn … it’s a security measure to ward off potential thieves.
CamSoda’s thought is once the cams are installed, players can live stream the feed from their homes 24/7 to monitor their property while they’re out of town — or have friends or family monitor the situation.
The company’s VP, Darren Parker, says … “The last thing members of the Chiefs and 49ers should have to worry about while preparing for, and competing in, the Super Bowl is making sure their residences are secure.”
Parker cited break-ins at the homes of Rob Gronkowski during the Super Bowl in 2018 as well as Yasiel Puig when the Dodgers were in the 2017 World Series.
TMZ states the offer doesn’t include players having to “perform on their webcams. **Wink Wink**
