On Monday morning, we all woke up to the news of Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones getting arrested yet again. The 37-year-old former Pro Bowl cornerback was arrested on Monday morning after allegedly assaulting a person in an Ohio club.
He was accused of kicking and punching a person in the head, knocking them unconscious, and was promptly hit with a misdemeanor assault charge.
Later on Monday, Jones appeared on the Pat McAfee Show to give his side of the story and explain the events that led up to him and a bouncer fighting.
“Personally Pat I’m done fighting.. Unless somebody wants to pay me I’m cool with it. I’ll fight any celebrity 169-170. But man I got kids, I got so much other shit that I’m working on besides beating a motherfucker up in the club.”
Jones retired from the league in 2019 after a 12-year career that had him in trouble with the law several times off the field. Jones spent time with the Tennessee Titans (2005-06), Dallas Cowboys (2008), Cincinnati Bengals (2010-17) and Denver Broncos (2018).
In 2019, Jones pled guilty to cheating following an incident at a casino.
